How do I restore a purchase?
On iOS, tap the Restore Purchases button on the level select or settings screen. If you purchased on this Apple ID previously, your content will be restored at no charge.
The app crashed or a level won’t load. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, please email us at [email protected] with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
I found a bug or a level that seems unsolvable.
Every level is validated before release, but if something feels off, please let us know. Email [email protected] with the level number and a brief description.
Do your games work offline?
Yes. All puzzle content is stored on-device. No internet connection is required to play.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
